Bolzano Old Town and Ötzi
Experience a guided tour through the historic old town of Bolzano including Kornplatz, Walther Square, the Fruit Market and the famous arcades. Discover valuable works of art in a selected church and immerse yourself in the fascinating history of Bolzano as a trading city. Along the way you will explore medieval alleyways and other remarkable buildings of the old town. At the historic Fruit Square you will also visit our small clock museum.
Afterwards you will have the opportunity to visit the South Tyrol Museum of Archaeology with the world-famous “Ötzi”, the Iceman, without waiting in line. Please note that a ticket must be purchased before entering. After admission you can explore the museum on your own, without the guide.
When: every Friday; on May 1 without museum visit
Meeting point: 10:45 a.m. at the Information Office, Kornplatz 11 (in Italian at 11:00 a.m.)
